We take away the burden of administration by monitoring your upcoming service, MOT, tax and insurance renewals, and ensuring approved suppliers are capturing repairs that are still under the manufacturer's warranty.
Fleet Management Available Features
Our packages mean we can provide as little or as much support as you need. In addition, we're also able to offer a range of add-ons, from Fines Management to disposing of YourFleet, allowing our services to be tailored to your individual needs.
- Workshops - We'll arrange service bookings on your behalf, utilising one of our 4,000 Northgate approved workshops. Identifying mechanical faults or manufacturer recalls through to managing any mechanical repairs where required.
- Communication - Communicating directly with drivers to confirm event bookings such as services, MOTs, and inspections. Plus, if your vehicle is referred to one of our approved workshops for any planned/unplanned maintenance, we’ll keep the driver fully up to date on progress and notify them when the vehicle is ready for collection.
- Assurance - Our maintenance team will carry out thorough assessments of any work completed by our approved suppliers (including labour & parts), to ensure costs are correct and justified.
- Support - Taking care of any administrative tasks including driver information by cost centre, managing fleet documentation, DVLA updates and maintenance history. We’ll also log mileage information4 from various sources including Telematics, fuel usage reports and vehicle inspections to ensure servicing is carried out at the correct service intervals.
