Summer Vehicle Hire Offer Terms and Conditions

FY25 Summer Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer is available to new and existing customers – excluding Regulated (sole traders /
   small partnerships of less than 3)
2. The offer is only available on vehicle hire arranged via the customers nominated account
   manager.
3. 12m+ Offer (ICE & EV Vehicles)
   i. This offer is available for all flex3 and minimum-term hire vehicles, subject to
   stock availability.
   ii. Vehicles must go on hire on or before 30th September 2024
   iii. Hires must commence between 10th June 2024 and 30th September 2024 inclusive.
   iv. Orders must be confirmed, and a booking form signed between 10th June and 31st August 2024 inclusive.
   v. New booking forms only (re-signing existing booking forms will not apply).
   vi. For each vehicle hired on a flex3 term, 1 week of hire will be at zero cost
   once the hire period reaches 140 days.
   vii. For each vehicle hired on a 12-month minimum term, the first 2 weeks of hire
   will be at zero cost.
   viii. For each vehicle hired on a 24-month minimum term, 5 weeks of hire will be
   at zero cost. The first 3 weeks of hire will be at zero cost, and a further 2
   weeks of hire commencing 1st June 2025 will also be at zero cost.
   ix. For each vehicle hired on a 36-month minimum term, 9 weeks of hire will be
   at zero cost. The first 4 weeks of hire will be at zero cost, a further 3 weeks of
   hire commencing 1st June 2025 will also be at zero cost, and a further 2
   weeks of hire commencing 1st June 2026 will also be at zero cost.
   x. The free period of hire is subject to the agreed term of hire being completed
   in full. Should the vehicle be off-hired before the end of the agreed term, the
   rental period will be invoiced in full.
   xi. The free rental period relates to rental charges only. Rental of semi-cap
   items, collection and delivery charges, and any other additional charges will
   still be payable.
4. The offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
5. The offer is also subject to a satisfactory credit check.
6. No warranty is provided express or implied, in relation to the offer. We shall not be liable for
   any loss or damage suffered by you save for to the extent that such liability cannot by law be
   limited or excluded. Our liability under this offer is limited to the value of the free period.
7. We are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of opportunity or any
   consequential or indirect loss or damages incurred by you as a result of a claim
8. We shall not be liable for any failure or any delay in performance under this agreement arising
   from or in connection with any event that is not within our immediate control, including, but not
   limited to failure of network services and data processing systems.
9. Any vehicles hired pursuant to the offer shall be on Northgate Standard Terms & Conditions
