CHALLENGES
The company has been a Northgate Vehicle Hire customer since 2013, expanding their fleet from 20 vehicles to over 100 vehicles on 12months+ and flexible hire options, with each vehicle covering 25,000 miles per year. In line with its commitment to sustainability, the company has embarked on an electrification journey to transition its fleet to electric vehicles, necessitating the installation of charging infrastructure at their sites.
SOLUTION
They consulted with our in-house charging specialists, ChargedEV, to discuss their charging needs and explore options available for them.
A customised quote, timeline and survey were generated to ensure all their requirements were met.
Additionally, the business decided to upgrade their two Northgate Nissan e-NV200s to Peugeot e-Experts through Northgate’s flexible hire option, to ensure their fleet is always aligned with their business needs.
Subsequently, four charging points were installed across their sites and two more are scheduled for later this year.
