The difference between a chargeable replacement and a normal replacement vehicle is driver error. If it is deemed that the cause of your vehicle being off the road is down to poor driver maintenance and operation, or damage which compromises vehicle safety are attributed to the driver then a chargeable replacement vehicle will be offered, which you can choose to accept or decline, should your van have to be left at one of our workshops.
If you choose to accept the chargeable replacement please be advised that this will be raised as an additional vehicle hire and so for the duration of time in which you would have the chargeable replacement you will be paying for this vehicle AND your original vehicle.
